Ledningen för Ramla fängelsesjukhus uppger att fången Riyadh Dakhlallah al-Amour, 43, överförts till akutmottagningen på sjukhuset "Assaf Harofe" på grund av allvaret i hans hälsotillstånd. Al-Amour hälsotillstånd har allvarligt försämrats på grund av flera hjärt-och lungkomplikationer, han förlorar upprepade gånger medvetandet och är oförmögen att sova eller andas på grund av kontinuerlig skarp smärta.
"The Ramla Prison Hospital administration stated that the detainee Riyadh Dakhlallah al-Amour, 43, was transferred to the emergency department at the hospital 'Assaf Harofe' due to the seriousness of his health condition. Al-Amour's health condition is seriously deteriorating due to several heart and lung complications, he repeatedly loses consciousness and became unable to sleep or breathe due to the continuous sharp pain."
